Here is a little guide on the cork extraction for this particular sparkling wine bottle. 

Turning the bottle at the base to open it requires a little more effort than expected,

this is due to the technology used by the Winery to put the a grafe (staples that close the cork) on the bottle. 

✨Here are some tips :

• The bottle should not be shaken under any circumstances.

• The sparkling wine must be cold (between 6-9C), because at higher temperature the pressure is greater and cause spillage.

• Hold the bottle with clean cloth. Rest the bottle on a surface to dry it. (Move the cloth, not the bottle)

• Place your hand around the neck of the bottle so that your thumbs grips the cork. 

• The secret to opening a sparkling wine is to hold the cork firmly with one hand while with the other grab the bottom of the bottle. 

• As we move the bottle, the cork will begin to detach.

If still doesn’t uncork, Kindly use corkscrew to uncork it.
